Centre USD #397 is currently looking for a classroom aide to fill a position in our
Pre-Kindergarten class. Compensation will be $12.00 an hour a paid single BCBS

Centre USD #397 is currently looking for individuals to fill route driver positions.
Candidates must hold a valid CDL with P and S Endorsements and be current on
Defensive Driving and First Aid. Candidate must also have passed a DOT physical.
USD #397 will pay for all fees related to obtaining the required CDL with the
commitment of at least one year of driving for the district. Compensation will be
$35 per hour with a two-hour minimum for both the morning and afternoon
routes. We would consider two drivers sharing a route if they cannot do both the
morning and afternoon routes. Drivers will also receive 12 days of universal leave.

Centre USD #397 is currently looking for an individual to fill the vacant
Transportation Director position. Candidates must hold a current CDL license with
P and S endorsements. Duties will include driving a bus route, upkeep and care of
vehicles, leading monthly safety meetings with drivers, changing oil on district
vehicles, scheduling vehicles for activity trips, record keeping, and keeping
vehicles clean. Contract will be for 240 days, and compensation will be $46,000
per year with a paid single BCBS, 12 days of universal leave, 10 days of vacation
leave after the first year of employment. Interested candidates should contact

Centre USD #397 is still in need of bus drivers for the upcoming school year. The pay is $25 per route with a guarantee of 2 hours per route so basically $50 for the morning route and $50 for the afternoon route minus taxes. The district will pay for any training and license needed.

PARENT EDUCATOR/HOME VISITOR
Marion County Parents as Teachers has a part-time position open for a parent educator.
Preference for bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood, Child Development or
related field. The position requires a minimum of 60 hours of college credit in an early childhood related field. Looking for a self-directed, motivated individual with excellent communication
and organizational skills; ability to relate to a diverse group of parents; experience in
child rearing and/or working with infants through preschool age children;
and knowledge of and connections to county resources.
Approximately 25 hours per week, flexible schedule, working some evenings and weekends. Parents As Teachers is a parent education/home visitor program for children birth to 3, and their families.
Services will be countywide. Salary range commensurate with degree and experience.
MUST BE ABLE TO ATTEND WEEK LONG VIRTUAL PAT TRAINING IN JULY.
