Today Centre Schools were notified that a student tested positive for Covid-19. Parents of students who were considered to be a close contact were notified and students were placed in self-quarantine. All other students are free to return to school. Please remain vigilant with wearing your masks and social distancing. To protect the privacy of our students and staff, personal information regarding cases will not be shared.
Centre's Fall Homecoming Crowning has been pushed up to this Friday, September 25th. The ceremony will take place at 6:30 PM, right before the Centre vs. Rural Vista football game. Because of the uncertain times that we are living in, we decided to push the ceremony up so that we can make sure that the students have the chance to enjoy this experience. We will plan to still have our fun homecoming activities on the week of October 5th - 9th. We have no limit on those who attend the Homecoming Ceremony and the football game, however; we do ask that you wear your masks and maintain social distancing in order to stay as safe as possible.
Due to possible covid exposure at Hope High School, our Centre High School Volleyball team will not be traveling this evening. Our concern is with the health of our athletes, and we strive to keep them as safe as possible.
